What it does

  • Prints on your fiscal printer and keeps the number it assigns, register by register.In progress
  • Records the invoice from your book with its number and a photo, linked to the sale.
  • Issues delivery notes and receipts on 58 or 80 mm printers, offline too.
  • A return produces the credit note in the same mode as the original sale.
  • The day's Z report is stored with the shift close.
  • The month's sales and purchase books export to Excel for your accountant.

What it does not do

  • It does not file taxes or submit anything to SENIAT: your accountant does that with what the system hands over.
  • It does not keep formal accounting or payroll.
  • It does not decide which document you must issue: what the law requires you confirm with your accountant, and the system records it.
  • It does not print on a fiscal printer yet: fiscal printing is in progress and we tell you when it is ready.

While fiscal printing arrives, you sell with the invoice book or delivery notes from day one.

Which fiscal printers will work?

Those from manufacturers approved in Venezuela, connected by USB to the computer or the tablet through the system's connector. We will publish the tested list before enabling it.

Can I mix modes in the same business?

Yes. Each register has its mode: one with a fiscal printer, another with the invoice book, and the warehouse with delivery notes.

What if the power goes out mid-invoice?

The sale stays saved on the device. When it is back, the system checks with the printer what was printed and never issues the same invoice twice.

Can I invoice with my fiscal printer?
